Knowledgeable in all aspects of business representation, Lloyd Sanders practices mainly in new business formation, acquisition and sale of businesses, business agreements and disputes, contractual and employment matters, commercial lease transactions, finance, and commercial real estate. He has served as an outside general counsel for a broad range of small to mid-sized businesses, including professional practices (e.g., medical, legal, accounting, architectural), consulting firms (e.g., energy, utilities, marketing, environmental), technology development and IP licensing firms, market research businesses, manufacturers, publishers, fitness service providers, franchise operators (e.g., restaurant, education, fitness), private commercial lenders, real estate owners, real estate brokerage firms, developers and contractors, mortgage companies, and an airport fixed base operator. Mr. Sanders has years of business experience as managing partner of the firm and an entrepreneur, and has had extensive involvement as a core strategic advisor, bringing added value to many of his clients. Mr. Sanders began his career at major law firms, including Palmer & Dodge in Boston. Mr. Sanders graduated from Tufts University (magna cum laude) and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (cum laude), where he was an associate editor of the Law Review.
