• handling complex and multi-collateral loan facilities

• conducting and coordinating due diligence on behalf of lender clients, including title examination, surveys, UCC and tax lien searches
• providing expertise with common real estate holding entities, including limited liability companies, limited partnerships, corporations and realty trusts
• issuing title insurance policies as agent for major national title insurance companies
